Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a product or ordering a service on the website. By submitting your purchase/order, you accept the terms and conditions described herein.

2. Subject of the Contract The scope of these GTC covers the products and/or services provided through the website operated by the Service Provider (hereinafter: Website). The contract is concluded electronically between the customer (hereinafter: Customer) and the Service Provider in the Hungarian language.

3. Ordering Process

  1. The Customer selects the desired product or service.

  2. The Customer submits the order by clicking the "Order" or "Purchase" button.

  3. The Service Provider confirms receipt of the order via e-mail.

  4. The contract is thereby established.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

  • The indicated prices are gross prices, inclusive of VAT (if the business is subject to VAT).

6. Right of Withdrawal (Mandatory for private individual customers only!) In accordance with Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), the Customer (if they qualify as a consumer) is entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal:

  • The Customer may withdraw from the contract without justification within 14 days of receiving the product (or from the conclusion of the contract in the case of services).

  • The intent to withdraw must be communicated via e-mail or post.

  • The product must be returned in undamaged condition.

  • The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the Customer.

  • The Service Provider shall refund the amount within 14 days.

  • Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (if applicable):

    • Products made to custom specifications.

    • Digital content, if performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent.

7. Complaint Handling

  • The Customer may lodge a complaint via the Service Provider's contact details.

  • The Service Provider records complaints in writing and responds within 14 days.

  • If the complaint cannot be resolved, the Customer may turn to a Conciliation Board.

8. Limitation of Liability The Service Provider is not liable for:

  • Technical errors that may occur on the site.

  • Misunderstandings resulting from the Customer's error.

  • Performance issues arising from incorrect data entry.

9. Copyright All content on the website (text, images, graphics) is protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

  • The contract is concluded electronically; the document is not filed.

  • The contract is governed by Hungarian law.

  • The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally modify the GTC, which shall not affect previously placed orders.
